Contractor Requirements

	1 year OTR experience in last 2 years (verifiable)
	23 years of age or older
	CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement
	Pass DOT physical and drug screen
	Clean driving record
	Completed application submitted with 10 year work history
	D.A.C. background and criminal history check
	Good work history

Equipment Requirements

	1998 or newer
	Conventional or Cabover
	Wheelbase 250" or less
	Sliding 5th wheel - standard height of 49" maximum
	Low profile 5th wheel and/or tires (optional)
